  1. a pure ground beef burger, tomato and lettuce are not junk food…the bun and french fries, and for sure the soda are…there are lots of B vitamins in beef, too, not just whole grains…overall, though, a good discussion.

  15. I have agoraphobia anxiety disorder panic attack for last 5 years, actually I have fear of unknown. Every time I feel something will happen wrong to me specially to my business. I used lot of antidepressant but result is big zero nothing improve.
    I try to avoid those thought but I cant. My condition more worst when I wake up in morning and during all day.
    Can you suggest me any thing better

  16. Very useful video! Although i challenge myself everday for a better balanced diet I know im not doing so well this. Add to that stress is at its highest levels. Are there any single does vitamin supplements that I can take to address defeciencies in stress-related vitamins? Thanks

    In my experience I can truly testify that only The Living GOD has healed me.
    Medications from doctors helped me a little and it was temporary.
    God’s healing power is ETERNAL!

    Now Im not an antidepressant pill dependent.
