  1. like should i weigh the drained beans and divide by the servings per container to get the new serving weight?

  2. odd question lol..when counting calories for say canned kidney beans, im pretty sure their serving size includes the water in the serving weight. So how do I know how many calories are just in the beans themselves?

Have you ever wondered how legit the nutritional facts label is, or who examines the food we eat because there are so many foreign foods around. i hope the Food and Drug Administration from the Department of Health and Safety tests every food we eat and lists them accordingly and easy for us to read. That means changing the nutritional facts label.

  6. I do that also. I eat much healthier than most of my friends. I’m trying not to eat fast food. Fast food should be a rare RAAAAAARE occasion. It’s horrible they make artificial flavorings to make things easier to create.

I learned a lot about how to read labels….b4 i used to read the serving size,fiber content and calorie content but i learned that there is much more to the labels than just that .I want to be a nutritionist one day and this is just inspiration for me,….keep up the good work.=)
